The next few weeks will see a large expansion in my publishing empire, with the back-to-back releases of PUMPKIN POUNDER and PRINCESS OF THE SEA. It is time for me to expand as well, to a name that encompasses the many stories I have to offer. Not much is changing, except for updated covers, social media and online stuff. What’s crazy is that, in a few weeks, this collection will double when I release another SEA OF LOVE novella (paranormal/historical fantasy romance) and the second of my hot-and-humorous fairytale remixes (short contemporary romance). KING OF THE SEA is what you want if you’d like some silver fox alpha merman action (or if you ever preferred the sea king to the human prince in a certain animated film, or if you’re hot for extended scenes from The Shape of Water). SPLASH ME is short, funny and blends a burly ginger with a mermaid fantasy. It’s what would happen if 80’s mermaid movie Splash had a meet cute on Tinder instead of under the sea. _ Also, I have a few tricks up my sleeve and some things I’m shaking up. I have big deadlines this month and some not-so-fun apartment stuff to deal with. Not really sure how this will all go down in the next 30 days but the only way through it is forward. Good thing I started a podcast called “You’re Doing Great” because that’s what I keep telling myself. Go me! I can do it!

Instagram post 2145401269026753388_2411133761 PSA: It is actually possible to forget how to ride a bike when it’s been 10 (?) years since you’ve done it. However, today’s bike tour through Paris was well worth every moment of terror in the under-construction roundabouts. My favorite parts were riding behind my nephew (who was on a tandem bike with his mom) and sticking our tongues out as he told me, “You’re eating my dust!” (Seriously, that was a special moment, watching his little legs and competitive attitude pedal towards a bright sports-scholarship future.) Also a special moment was when I fell behind our group on my kid-size bike (grown-up bike was too tall) and a nice French couple stopped traffic for me so I could catch up with the group while I yelled, “MERCI BEAUCOUP! JE SUIS AMERICAINE!” Like they couldn’t tell by my pink outfit and my panic. My butt hurts and I only crashed into one ancient wall, but the memories will last a lifetime.
